wonderful river view
frequent ferry clean room friendly staff excellent food
i really appreciated the hotel's convenient access to the free ferry (it runs frequently!). the room was clean, and i liked the yellow lighting. the staff were friendly, they even surprised me with balloons and a treat for my birthday! i thought the food was excellent too.

i appreciated the warm cookie upon arrival. the room decor was beautiful. the staff was very friendly and cute (it.
the entrance had revolving doors. it could be challenging for wheelchair users, even with some mobility. there was no option available for accessible access.

The hotel faces the harbor. It is near a ferry terminal. The ferry provides free travel to the main railway station. There are some restaurants near the hotel.

i got a twin room and it had a great view. the room has a fridge. the staff was very friendly, they helped me find the free ferry to centraal station, that was cool.

passenger ferry thoughtful touch
The hotel is located right next to the passenger ferry terminal to central station. This makes access to the city center really convenient. the staff left balloons, chocolates, and a stroop waffle in my room for my birthday, a very thoughtful touch.

the free ferry was convenient. it goes to the central station. my room had a nice view from the 4th floor. i could open a window for fresh air!!!
The bathroom was pretty cold. the bed was soft. the hotel parking is expensive. Municipal parking is cheaper and nearby.
